Claire Quigley, MA, ATR-P
Claire Quigley (she/her) is a pre-licensed therapist and Registered Art Therapist Provisional in the state of Illinois. She earned her Master of Arts in Counseling and Art Therapy from Adler University. Claire completed her clinical internship at the Cancer Support Center and continued working there afterward, providing individual and group services to children, teens, adults, older adults, caregivers, and bereaved individuals navigating a wide range of emotional, mental health, and life challenges.
Claire has extensive experience facilitating expressive and community-based programs, including art therapy groups, knitting and crochet groups, networking and support groups, and creative workshops for both children and adults. She also supported children’s therapeutic camps, where she incorporated playful, hands-on art experiences to promote emotional expression, confidence, and connection. These experiences deepened her belief that creativity, community, and compassionate support can foster powerful pathways for healing.
Claire works with clients ages six and up and strives to create a warm, grounding, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space. She uses a person-centered, integrative approach informed by humanistic and Adlerian principles, and incorporates CBT and solution-focused strategies when helpful. Claire offers art therapy in addition to talk therapy and introduces creative expression only when clients feel it would enhance their process, deepen insight, or support meaningful change. She is committed to meeting individuals where they are and helping them feel seen, understood, and connected to their own strengths.
Claire is currently accepting new clients at the Frankfort office and via Telehealth.
