HOW DO I KNOW IF THERAPY IS RIGHT FOR ME?
Thinking about engaging in therapy is a brave step. If you would like to explore this question in more detail, a free 15 minute phone consultation is available to you to address any questions or concerns you might have about beginning therapy. Once your therapy begins, we will periodically take pause and evaluate if we are meeting your goals and how the therapeutic experience is going for you. Please feel free to contact our intake coordinator at 312-469-0486 or info@beginwithinchicago.com if you are not sure which therapist would be the right fit for your needs. She can help guide you through this process.

HOW LONG ARE THERAPY SESSIONS AND HOW OFTEN WILL WE MEET?
Therapy sessions are typically 53 minutes in length. Initially, it is best to meet weekly as you and your therapist get to know one and other and are establishing your treatment goals. Once your goals have been established, you and your therapist will reevaluate the frequency of your sessions.

WHAT ARE THE FEES?
The fees for an individual session are $150 and fees for a couples session are $175. Group therapy fees vary depending on frequency of group meetings and if the group is meeting in a time-limited structure (ie for 6 weeks only). Please call or email regarding group fees. Accepted payments include cash, check, credit card and most health savings accounts.

WHAT INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?
Our group is currently in-network for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Magellan, United and Aetna. Several of our therapists accept a variety of other insurance plans (such as United, Cigna, Value Options, Beacon). Please call our intake coordinator at 312-469-0486 or info@beginwithinchicago.com to find out if we have a therapist in network for your plan. We are an out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies. It is important to contact your insurance company to learn what your in-network or out-of-network benefits entail, including deductible, number of sessions covered per year and what modes of therapy are covered (individual, couples/family, group).
