Sarah oversees the daily operations, ensuring Begin Within Therapy Services runs smoothly and efficiently. She fully supports the CEO, clinical directors and our amazing providers in a coordinated effort to accomplish these aims. Sarah's particularly passionate about helping providers and clients manage any insurance-related questions. She assists with navigating benefits, claims and billing concerns streamlining the insurance process.

Carolyn manages the billing processes for our mental health providers and ensures accurate submission of claims. Carolyn also supports the COO and the Medication Management Department.

Erin is responsible for reviewing claims to ensure that clients are paying the correct amount.

Sarah and Katie manage the initial patient onboarding process, acting as a liaison between patients and medical staff. They are responsible for gathering and verifying patient information, such as medical history and insurance details, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. They are available by phone and email.

Heather works closely with our medication management team. She is the contact person for inquiries, scheduling and any other medication management assistance. Heather is available via email Monday through Friday.
