Erin Donovan, MA, LPC

My name is Erin Donovan, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Illinois. I graduated with my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Kansas where I completed a practicum in an early childhood education setting supporting the social and emotional development of children. My graduate internship was completed at Begin Within working with both children and adults. 

I currently work with clients ages 6+ struggling with a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, trauma, and grief. 

I strive to create a non-judgmental counseling space dedicated to forming a strong therapeutic relationship that values client autonomy and growth. Beginning therapy can be a vulnerable experience, and I work to make sure my clients feel empowered every step of the way.
