Meghan Tomasek, MA, LCPC


Meghan (she/her pronouns) is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who received her masters in Community Counseling at Saint Xavier University. Having over ten years experience she has helped individuals, couples and teenagers with a variety of struggles. She believes in the importance of creating authentic relationships with her clients by using empathy, trust, humor and honesty in her sessions. Meghan’s therapeutic approach is providing an open, safe, nonjudgmental space for people to experience acceptance and collaboration to create change.

Some specific areas of work she is passionate about treating are: anxiety and panic, depression, trauma, eating disorders, infertility support, substance use, self injury and transitional phases in life. Meghan works to provide insight and tools like mindfulness and emotions regulation skills to help a person grow and create healthy change in their life.

Meghan draws from different therapies, such as DBT, ACT, Strength-Based Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy and Humanistic Therapy to best support the person(s) seeking support.
